Spring is here! It’s important to have the confidence to get out and enjoy the weather in Madison, WI this time of year. Do you have the confidence to do your favorite spring time activities or the necessary yard work that comes with the season?
How do we protect ourselves from arthritis, pain, and poor posture? Can we be happy and healthy now, and in 5, 10, or 20 years? Can we avoid the fat hump at the base of our neck that our Grandma or Grandpa had? We want to move well, look well, and think well today and in the future. Durability, the ability to withstand wear or damage, is important to the life we want in the future, and we want to avoid pain, degeneration, and arthritis of our frame. How do we protect our ability to run, play and enjoy our time, which is priceless?
Chiropractic care is NOT a necessity, it sure helps. Eating a majority of vegetables, grains, and fruit is NOT a necessity, it sure helps. Avoiding drugs and alcohol are NOT a necessity, again it sure helps. We need to understand that our bodies experience numerous traumas as we age and grow, whether it was a sports injury, car or bike accident, or sitting at a computer for too long. All these traumas, big or small, add up and steal our durability from us. This presents as pain in the same damaged area. The pain comes and goes, or comes and never goes, and it weighs on us and will not go away. It can leave us feeling helpless, hopeless, or timid when it comes to doing the things we love to do. Which means we stop using correct posture and muscles, and begin to alter our natural, normal movement patterns.
To be more durable, let’s change your future. Get those damaged areas addressed by a professional now, and change your future.

April Showers Bring May Seedlings
We want to enable you to be more self-sufficient with your health and life. Planting and growing our own food is something we love, and we want to share that love and ability to be more self-sufficient with our Chiropractic Solutions family! Chelsea (and her green thumb) has started seeds for a variety of vegetables, and you’ll notice the windowsill greenhouses soaking up all the amazing sunlight. We will be able to watch all the different seedlings grow until they are big enough to give away.
