From the Doctor
We are amazing creatures, we humans. This struck me when I was playing golf yesterday, and I was watching the players walk, set up, and swing. Golf requires a lot of coordination and movement and at the same time, requires grace, balance and stillness. There are advantageous movement patterns and non-advantageous patterns.
The same patterns, good and bad, show up at Chiropractic Solutions. When people begin care, their movement tends to be rigid, stiff, and unbalanced. As they progress, their movement becomes more graceful, balanced, and coordinated.
Bill, who is a patient, who is not really named Bill, came to us 6 weeks ago because he was being eaten by this recliner. It was the only place he was comfortable and not in pain, and he never left it. The problem was, he did not want to spend all of his time in his recliner staring at the TV. You can only imagine what it was like for him to tie his shoes, get in and out of his car, and to walk any distance over 20 yards–impossible.
After six weeks of care, he has better coordination of his movements, more grace, more balance, and he just walked a mile. His recliner is lonely, but Bill is OK with that.
Sea salt has all the minerals the human body needs and delivers high quality ions that help our cells function. It is the best for helping stay hydrated when added to H2O vs hydrating with a drink filled with refined sugar and dyes.
