You all know that an amazing summer is here! Because of covid-19 lots of gyms are closed so here are some ways to stay healthy this summer at home.
One of the main things to stay healthy is going outside. Some of the things you should do outside are very simple like going on walks and runs if you can or hikes, bike rides and much more! Fun fact if you don’t get outside it can affect your mood and sleep!!

Easy five minute workout: touch your toes or knees 5 times on each side, then swing your arms in circles 2 times on each side, and then do five punches or
