In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Stir-fry asparagus and garlic until crisp yet tender. Reduce heat to medium. Add lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper. Cover and let steam for 2-3 minutes. You may steam up to 10 minutes to yield a soft, delicate flavor.
